- Curation Fee: Non-refundable fee for sourcing and facilitating specific services.
- Force Majeure: Events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, political unrest).

6. Concierge & Lifestyle Services
Concierge & Lifestyle Services include, but are not limited to:
- Travel-related arrangements — private transfers, chauffeurs, airport meet-and-greet, ground handling.
- Dining & leisure — restaurant, spa, wellness, and leisure bookings.
- Events & entertainment — tickets for concerts, theatre, sporting events, and cultural experiences.
- Exclusive access — private tours, behind-the-scenes access, VIP hospitality.
- Lifestyle management — personal shopping, private chefs, domestic staffing, security services.
- Property & destination support — villas, yachts, aircraft charters, seasonal concierge.
7. Booking Process
- Bookings require written acceptance of these Terms, payment of applicable fees, and supplier deposits where required.
- Quotations are valid for the period stated and may change before full payment due to taxes, exchange rates, surcharges, or supplier costs.
8. Payments & Fees
- All payments must be made in the currency stated via approved methods.
- Service and curation fees are non‑refundable once work has commenced.
- Late or missed payments may result in suspension or cancellation with applicable penalties.
9. Third‑Party Provider Terms
- All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and liability limits of the relevant Third‑Party Provider.
- Clients are responsible for reviewing and complying with these terms; copies are available on request.
10. Changes & Cancellations
- All changes or cancellations must be made in writing.
- Fees may include supplier penalties plus Company administrative charges.
- Refunds, where applicable, are processed only after funds are received from the supplier.
- Certain services (e.g., event tickets and exclusive experiences) are strictly non‑refundable and non‑transferable.
11. Services May Change Without Notice
- All services are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- Third‑Party Providers may alter, withdraw, or substitute services without prior notice due to operational, safety, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
- While reasonable efforts will be made to secure alternatives of similar value, the Company is not liable for losses or additional costs arising from such changes.
- Any additional costs resulting from changes are payable by the Client.
12. Client Responsibilities
- Ensure all travel documents (passports, visas, permits) are valid for the duration of travel.
- Comply with destination entry, health, vaccination, and customs requirements.
- Provide accurate and complete booking information at all times.
13. Liability & Indemnity
- The Company is not liable for acts, omissions, or defaults of Third‑Party Providers or for losses arising from Force Majeure events.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.
- Clients indemnify the Company against claims, damages, or expenses arising from breach of these Terms or misuse of services.
14. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations if such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
15. Privacy & Data Protection
- Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with applicable South African privacy laws (including POPIA where applicable).
- Data is shared only with relevant suppliers and partners as necessary to fulfil bookings.
16. Cookies & Website Tracking
This website may use cookies and similar technologies to improve user experience, analyse performance, and personalise content. By using the website, you consent to such use. You can adjust cookie settings in your browser.
17. Electronic Communication
